Similarity reports should also be sent along with the full texts of the papers.

Incoming papers will be sent to two referees using the "Blind Referee" process, and papers that pass this process will be published.

2. Full Text Proceedings Book Publication Date: October 30, 2024

3. In light of the number of full papers and articles received and the availability of significant and complimentary connections between them in terms of their subjects and contents, the organizing committee will determine whether or not to publish a "Chapter Book". Date of publication, if it's a chapter book: December 30, 2024

4. Hitit Social Sciences Journal (Special Issue) will be published in 2025.
